RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

XCODER believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

​

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, after 24 hours if an order get cancel we will deduct 3% of the amount.

​

  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

​

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the XCODER marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc.These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

​

  • XCODER does not accept cancellation requests for products once Unbricked or Activated.

​

  • No Cancellation allowed under affordability program. Product once booked availing cash-back offers and/or EMI options cannot be cancelled, return or exchanged(with other variants of the same product) under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

​

​

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service email address info.xcoder@gmail.com.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

​

Conditions for return:

​

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.

​

  • Products/Items should be UNUSED/ UNOPENED with Manufacturer’s original shield packed condition.

​

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

​

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

​

Refunds:

​

  • We will process the refund after receipt of the product by XCODER or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

​

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 to 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

​

  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account within 7 working days.

​

  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque in 7 working days. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

​

Our policy lasts upto 07 days for accessories. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase of accessories, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

​

Additional non-returnable items:

  •     Gift cards

  •     Downloadable software products

  •     Subscriptions 

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

​

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

​

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

​

Accessories with obvious signs of use and that has been opened.

​

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

​

Any item that is returned more than 07 days after delivery

​

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

​

​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

​

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

​

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.xcoder@gmail.com and send your item to: 1, Kanchan Junga Society, GIDC Link Road, Near Alwa Naka, Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat, India -390011.

Gifts

​

​

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the device serial no. or IMEI no. matches our system data. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

​

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

​

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1, Kanchan Junga Society, GIDC Link Road, Near Alwa Naka, Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat, India -390011.

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

​

If you are shipping an item over ₹5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
